I think for investment the Serenity is the best place.
Serenity is emerging property in this area,so in living in this area is good from all points of perspectives.
When will you post information on the size of the model homes, bedroom/bathroom info, etc.?
Sorry Lorrie...I've been pretty busy lately (as you can see from my last post to this blog).
I do not have the square footage of each of the home models as of right now, but I should have that info shortly. I do however have all the other information pertaining to this development and the home models.
I will post this information thereafter.
Serenity seems great! But I heard it's reclaimed land. i.e. Lake/pond filled land. Is that true?
